Susan Watson

Susan Watson fell in love with Pilates at the age of 50, fascinated by the way that Pilates practice engages the mind as well as the body; two years ago she decided to pursue Pilates teacher certification with Collette Stewart and has recently finished her second course of study. She is currently certified to teach mat and equipment Pilates at the Intermediate level and continues to study with Collette Stewart. She enjoys working with her students on the exercises and fundamentals that help them create powerful supportive core strength. When not practicing Pilates, Susan teaches high school English and journeys through life with her husband, enjoying travel, bicycling, and live theater.

Susan offers group classes at Mound Street Yoga Center.
